The FG FRC 180 is an LPCB-approved fire resistant cable engineered for life safety and fire-fighting applications where maintaining circuit integrity under fire conditions is critical. Designed to deliver power and auxiliary control in fire alarm systems, voice alarm systems, and emergency lighting systems — including those complying with BS5266 and BS8519 — it provides reliable performance when it is needed most.

Advanced Fire Performance
Achieving BS 6387 C, W, Z classification and EN 50200 PH120, the FG FRC 180 maintains circuit integrity for up to 120 minutes under fire conditions, even when subject to water spray and mechanical shock. All cables are fully batch-traceable, with consistent quality assured through the latest manufacturing technology.

Halogen Free & Low Smoke
The HFFR (Halogen Free Flame Retardant) red or white outer sheath produces minimal smoke and no toxic halogen gases in a fire — protecting both occupants and sensitive equipment. The aluminium laminated polyester tape shield, solid tinned copper drain wire, and fire-resistant silicone rubber insulation combine to deliver robust electromagnetic shielding and outstanding fire resistance.
